By accessing or using FlipAt's domain marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FlipAt is a domain and website marketplace that allows users to:

• List domains and websites for sale
• Browse and purchase listed domains
• Communicate with buyers and sellers
• Participate in our referral program

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Listing Requirements

When listing a domain or website, you must:

• Be the legal owner or authorized to sell the domain
• Provide accurate descriptions and information
• Upload valid proof of ownership when requested
• Not list domains involved in illegal activities
• Not list trademarked domains without authorization

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• List domains you do not own or have rights to sell
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to complete transactions outside the platform
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or statistics
• Use the Service for money laundering or fraud
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

6. Fees and Payments

• Listing Fee: Listing domains is currently free
• Transaction Fee: A 5% platform fee is charged on successful sales
• Deposits: Funds must be deposited before making purchases
• Withdrawals: Seller proceeds can be withdrawn after verification

All fees are subject to change with notice.

7. Domain Transfers

After a successful purchase:

• Sellers must initiate domain transfer within 3 business days
• Buyers must accept the transfer promptly
• Funds are released to the seller after confirmed transfer
• Disputes must be reported within 14 days of purchase

8. Referral Program

Our referral program offers revenue sharing on purchases made by referred users:

• Commission is earned on qualifying purchases
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program
• Commissions may be withheld pending fraud review

9. Intellectual Property

The FlipAt name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without permission. Users retain ownership of their domain listings and content.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:

• Attempt to resolve directly through our messaging system
• Contact our support team for mediation
• Provide all relevant documentation
• Our decision on disputes is final

11. Limitation of Liability

FlipAt is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or accuracy of listings
• Transactions completed outside the platform
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Actions of third parties or other users

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlipAt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive multiple fraud reports
• Are inactive for extended periods

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
